1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Janus Extracts LLC, we stand behind the quality of every THC gummy product we produce. If you have purchased any Janus Extracts product and it has not met your expectations, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. We are that confident you will love our products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. a) The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
  2. b) You must provide your order number and reason for the return when initiating the request.
  3. c) Products may be opened or partially used and still qualify for a return under our satisfaction guarantee.
  4. d) Products must not have been tampered with, contaminated, or stored in conditions that compromise product integrity (e.g., excessive heat exposure causing melting or degradation).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. a) Gift cards or promotional credits.
  2. b) Seasonal, limited-edition, or bundle-exclusive products (unless defective or damaged upon receipt).
  3. c) Free promotional items, samples, or items received through referral programs.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us via email at [support@janusextracts.com] or through the returns portal on our website at [www.janusextracts.com/returns]. Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief description of the reason for your return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back. A prepaid shipping label will be provided, and a $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product shipped by Janus Extracts LLC.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your product arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, Janus Extracts LLC will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.

If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please allow 24 hours for the package to arrive, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely. After 24 hours, contact us and we will help track the package or issue a replacement or refund.

6. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your product for another item of equal or similar value. To initiate an exchange, follow the same return process outlined in Section 4 and indicate that you would like an exchange rather than a refund. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Refunds will reflect the purchase price of the returned product(s) minus any applicable return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Subscription Orders

If you are enrolled in a subscription or auto-ship program, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Subscription orders that have already been shipped are subject to the same return and refund terms outlined in this policy. Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for previously shipped orders.

9. Member-Specific Provisions

As a member-derived edible company, Janus Extracts LLC values the trust and loyalty of its members. Members in good standing may be eligible for extended return windows, priority processing of refunds, and complimentary return shipping on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Janus Extracts LLC management. Membership benefits related to returns are subject to change and will be communicated to members through official channels.

10. Age Verification & Compliance

All THC gummy products sold by Janus Extracts LLC are intended for adults aged 21 and older. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction. Returns and refunds will not be processed for orders flagged for age verification non-compliance. Janus Extracts LLC reserves the right to cancel orders and deny refund requests if age verification cannot be confirmed.

11. Product Storage Disclaimer

THC gummies should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Janus Extracts LLC is not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper storage after delivery. Claims related to melted, softened, or otherwise heat-damaged gummies that were stored improperly by the customer will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may not qualify for a refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

Janus Extracts LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or this refund policy. Our total liability for any claim arising under this policy shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

13. Policy Modifications

Janus Extracts LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any changes.
