All subscription orders ship FREE via USPS First Class Mail regardless of order size. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are subject to change. Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.<\/p>\n

Janus Extracts LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states (subject to state-specific THC product restrictions \u2014 see Section 5), Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not ship internationally at this time. Due to the THC content in our products, international shipping is prohibited under federal law.<\/p>\n

Orders that cannot be age-verified will be cancelled and refunded.<\/p>\n In certain jurisdictions, an adult signature may be required upon delivery. If a signature is required and no eligible adult is available to sign, the carrier will follow their standard redelivery or hold procedures. Janus Extracts LLC is not responsible for delays caused by failed delivery attempts due to signature requirements.<\/p>\n Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. We will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect product at no charge.<\/p>\n If your order is missing one or more items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will verify the shipment and send any missing items promptly.<\/p>\n If a package is returned to Janus Extracts LLC as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, insufficient address information, or an unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. We recommend double-checking your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.<\/p>\n If a package is returned due to a carrier error or a Janus Extracts LLC fulfillment mistake, we will reship the order at no additional charge.<\/p>\n THC gummies are sensitive to heat and temperature fluctuations. During summer months or periods of extreme heat, Janus Extracts LLC may take additional precautions to protect product integrity during transit, including insulated packaging or ice packs when necessary. However, Janus Extracts LLC cannot guarantee product condition once the package is in the carrier\u2019s possession and exposed to uncontrolled environmental conditions.<\/p>\n If your product arrives melted or heat-damaged due to transit conditions, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will evaluate your claim for a replacement or refund.<\/p>\n Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically according to your selected delivery frequency. You may modify, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team before the next billing date.<\/p>\n Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled and are subject to the standard return and refund terms outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.<\/p>\n If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order has been picked, packed, and shipped.
