Aetna Leaves the ACA marketplace

Exit Date: Aetna will no longer offer ACA (Affordable Care Act) marketplace health plans starting January 1, 2026.

Who’s Affected: Anyone currently enrolled in an Aetna ACA plan will need to choose a new carrier during Open Enrollment for 2026 (which begins November 1, 2025).
